Is this thing on?

Now we know it's an Internet blog because there's pictures of people's dogs and stuff all over it:

This is Brownie the dog, our puppy since 1997 when we moved to Brooklyn. He's a German Shepherd/Chow Chow mix, now 12 years old, who's completely neurotic and totally food motivated. He's also exactly as adorable as he looks unless he's getting into fights with other dogs or small children. My wife Frances and I figured we'd try the dog first to make sure we could handle kids.

9 years later, we're still making sure. It never hurts to be too sure.

Other than that, we're attempting to be homeowners in Princeton Junction, NJ. I just got back in from changing the oil in the snowblower and filling her up with gas. I feel Manly (tm) now. >grunt< >belch<

Great to hear from the CCSC crowd again. Maybe technology will make it easier for us to stay in touch better now.
