As to why everyone was dressed up - it was the "Dinner You Have To Dress Up For" (loose translation), which happened the night before the (>sniff<)very last day.

I have another picture from the dinner that might be of interest as well, which I'm considering posting ... hmm should I or shouldn't I ... hmm ...
